Pittsburgh, PA, August 2, 2005 – Angstrom Sciences, Inc. now offers a high precision controlled flex assembly in the Standard Product Range.
As compared with our standard flex assembly, this high precision model has a threaded adjustment screw for precise adjustment up to 35 degrees. Designed in low profile, it can be fitted to any of Angstrom Sciences’ standard circular cathode assemblies. Angstrom Sciences also supplies shutter mechanisms, uniformity masks and cross contamination shields.
